Andrea Smith is a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner currently with Salal Credit Union with over 10 years of HR experience and nearly five years in the credit union industry. She is also the Founder and Chief Growth & People Officer at Kulture & Hustle Consulting, specializing in HR, Coaching, and AI & HR compliance. Andrea holds multiple certifications, including those from Prosci, Cornell University, AAPM, and Google Cloud in areas such as Change Management, HR Project Management, and AI in Workforce Planning.

Passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), talent management, and organizational strategy, Andrea has worked with global and technical organizations to develop AI talent acquisition strategies and enhance employee experiences. She is also deeply involved in HR transformation, spearheading initiatives like AI policy implementation, HR workflows, and engagement strategies.

Having worked in finance in diverse environments, from the manufacturing sector in Mexico to the grocery industry in the U.S., Mario has developed a strong skill set in organization, analysis, and customer service. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance Administration from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua.
