Global Soccer Games 2026 Business Toolkit
As the world turns its attention to our region for the upcoming 2026 Global Soccer Game, local businesses have a unique opportunity to engage with increased foot traffic, tourism, and global visibility. To help you prepare, we've developed the 2026 Global Soccer Game Business Toolkit which is a centralized resource created in collaboration with all five cities within the Seattle Southside region: SeaTac, Burien, Tukwila, Normandy Park, and Des Moines.
This toolkit provides key information and guidance across four critical areas to ensure your business is ready, compliant, and positioned to thrive.
Business Permits
Ensure you understand and obtain any additional permits required for temporary expansions, outdoor operations, special events, or increased customer capacity during the tournament. Each city may have specific permitting requirements and timelines.
Public Safety
To support your safety planning, the toolkit includes a comprehensive list of emergency contacts for each of the five cities. This includes local police and fire departments, non-emergency lines, and key city officials — ensuring your business has quick access to critical support during the event period. Keeping your staff, customers, and community safe is a top priority.
Food Safety
