Zombie Fest is a free, fun, family event that raises awareness about disaster preparedness. Join us for a live performance by Vote for Pedro - a really cool Seattle band! Enjoy a special performance by the Seattle Thrillers zombie dance group. Plus: Food booths, free kids scavenger hunt, zombie mock disaster zone with emergency vehicles, zombie costume contest, zombie Zumbathon, zombie face-painting, raffles sponsored by local businesses, and booths representing local businesses and organizations. The purpose of Zombie Fest is to raise awareness about disaster preparedness, showcase local organizations and businesses, and raise money for the Highline Schools Foundation, local food banks, and the Friends of Normandy Park Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that raises money for NP projects and events to build community spirit, showcase our businesses and improve our economy.
