10am - Her-story Conversation between Donna Worrell and Aisha Hassan. The conversation will cover the old and new story coming to this country, this is presented by the American Association of University Women
Noon - Dr. Georgia McDade is founder and charter member of the African- American Writer's Alliance, since 1991 she began sharing the magic of her original stories.
1 pm - Presentation of the Exhibit "In Our Shoes" where 31 members from the Highline Area and the Lake Burien Presbyterian Church went on a 7 day pilgrimage bringing back stories of significant Black Women and leaders in history that made a profound impact on the nation and to our community!
2 pm - Kisa Hendrickson is Chief Engagement & Partnership Office for Highline Public Schools presenting an overview of what is at the School district and addressing ways to celebrate
3 pm - Brazilian presentation and music by African South- American Musician Duda Almeida.
