Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce Announces Celebration of Women Event -October 24^th

The Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce, the driving force of business for Southwest King County, is pleased to announce the return of their Celebration of Women in Business Event.
The Celebration of Women in Business event is an inspiring event that brings together successful local female leaders, male allies, executives, business owners and young professionals to share insights, exchange ideas and empower their careers. Everyone is welcome as we gather together to commit ourselves and our community to mentor, encourage and celebrate women who have and will lead our local economy and community.

Congressman Adam Smith as well as Andrea Reay, President/CEO Seattle Southside Chamber will help facilitate a panel discussion about working in the post #MeToo workplace and how we can all work towards building better and more inclusive work places.

In 2016, women-owned companies in Washington state had an economic impact of more than $30 billion. It’s vital that we continue to support and empower young female entrepreneurs and professionals because when women succeed, we all succeed.”
