DescriptionAs the licensed and experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, you will help us maintain our commercial properties. You will provide quality maintenance and repairs, ensuring our equipment/buildings are operating properly and efficiently. You will service and repair the environmental control systems and equipment such as heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (“HVAC”) systems, heat pumps, and chillers installed in buildings managed by the Marine Maintenance team. You will visit customers throughout the Maritime division in order to service and repair equipment and respond to emergencies immediately and drive a Port vehicle that will contain Port tools. You will represent the Port while performing repair, maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service to our internal and external customers throughout the Port.
