As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador, you’ll deliver top notch service for CLEAR members and travelers—greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. What You’ll Do: Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions. Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey. Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution. Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience. Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services. Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures
