CITY OF TUKWILA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following:
PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN/ZONING MAP CHANGE
FILE NUMBER: PL16-0062
Project Name: Vintage@Tukwila
APPLICANT: Mujib Kamawal
REQUEST: Amend Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Maps designation of 14.78 acres on five undeveloped lots from Low Density Residential (LDR) and Commercial/Light Industrial to High Density Residential (HDR)
LOCATION: Tax parcels:0323049050, 3348401800; 3348401810; 3348401820; 3348401860; located to the west and behind 10739 and 10831 47th Avenue South in the Ryan Hill neighborhood; generally bounded by South Ryan Way, 47 Avenue South, Seattle City Light Transmission line, and Martin Luther King Jr. Way South. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk’s office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Tukwila City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
