AWB Opportunity Zones Luncheon

Please join AWB for an informational session about Opportunity Zones! This exciting new incentive to encourage economic activity and job creation in low income areas can provide significant tax benefits to investors, reduce the cost of capital for developers and entrepreneurs, and attract investment to areas that might otherwise be overlooked. All who are interested in unlocking investment potential in low-income communities, including investors, developers, entrepreneurs, fund sponsors, non-profit organizations and economic development authorities, are invited to come and learn the basics about the requirements, mechanics and benefits of the Opportunity Zone incentive.
